There's a book on my account that I've returned. What should I do?

Answer

Please email the library as soon as possible: library@ucb.ac.uk and provide your student ID number as well as details of the book and which library you returned it to.

The library team will search for the book on the library shelves

If we find the book we'll remove it from your account and get in touch with you to inform you.

If we cannot find it, the book will remain on your account and you will be liable to pay for an equivalent replacement copy in excellent condition. We recommend that you also make sure that haven't still got the book.
